SLV Rocketeers meet on the Second Saturday of every month, and occasionally on other dates to accomodate school or colligate teams.

• April through October we meet and fly at our launch site and begin flying around 9am.

• November through March we meet at HobbyTown at 6:30pm to work on rockets, fraternize, and chit-chat.

2026 Rocket Division Launch Schedule:

Note - High Power flyers must be current members in good standing of either NAR or TRA, and present a current membership card prior to HPR flights. 

• Sunday April 12 at 8am until 4pmish. Local launch with the Colorado Collegiate Rocketry Challenge. NAR Rules. 22k' airspace.

• Saturday May 23-Monday May 25th at 8am daily. All-Colorado Rocketry Fes. Tripoli Rules. 52k' airspace. Camping and vendors on site. First 30 local kids get a free rocket.

• Saturday June 13th at 9am until 2pm-ish. Local Launch. NAR Rules. Airpsace to 22k'.

• Saturday July 11th at 9am until 2pm-ish.   Local Launch. NAR Rules. Airpsace to 22k'.

• Saturday July 18th at 8am until 4pm-ish. Local Launch with the United Launch Alliance Intern Team. NAR Rules. Airspace to 22k'

• Saturday August 8th 9 am until 2pm-ish.   Local Launch. NAR Rules. Airpsace to 22k'.

• Saturday September 5 - Sunday September 6. 9am until 4pm-ish. Local Launch. NAR Rules. Airpsace to 22k'.
